The Sapphire Package is designed for the couple who does not have as much time to identify vendors and select the best fit for their needs. They want to make the most of their decisions with direction from a coordinator. This package will provide assistance with budgeting and will make sure every small detail is covered so you and your guests are able to enjoy every precious moment.
Service includes everything in the Pearl Package plus the following:
- Consultations by phone and email
- Assist in selecting the perfect venue for the ceremony and reception
- Recommend preferred vendors which includes the Disk Jockey or Band, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Caterer for the Wedding Cake, Officiant and Hair Dresser
- Review and assist in contract negotiation with vendors and venues
- Liaison between the couple and vendors
- Assist with the selection of a location for the Rehearsal dinner and the menu
- Prepare a schedule of events for the wedding day
- Coordinate and confirm all wedding day activities
