Pearl Package

The Pearl Package is designed for the couple who have taken care of all the details for their wedding and are in need of services the day of the wedding to direct and coordinate the events of the rehearsal, wedding ceremony and wedding reception.  We will meet at least 4-6 weeks prior to go over all the details,  including vendor contracts,  to make sure all details are covered and carried out as planned, so you and your family are free to thoroughly enjoy yourselves on this special day with no worries.


Services include:

  • Consultations by phone and email.
  • Hold one on-site meeting prior to wedding day at the ceremony and reception locations to coordinate final details (preferably several weeks prior).
  • Finalize a timeline for the ceremony & reception.
  • Personally contact all vendors to confirm event details, services expected, delivery locations and time 
  • Attend the rehearsal to direct and coordinate the wedding party ( 2 hours)
  • On-site the day of the wedding to serve a the contact person for up to 8 hours
  • Additional hours beyond this time frame will be an additional $40 per hour
  • Assemble and direct the wedding party prior to the ceremony
  • Set up your items for the Sand Ceremony or Unity Candle, Programs, Guest Book and Pen, Place Cards, Special Pictures, Table Cameras, Cake knife, Napkins, Favors
  • Work with all vendors and supervise them during the ceremony & reception
  • Coordination of Events at the Reception (Introductions, First Dance, Special dances, toast, Cake cutting, Garter toss, Bouquet toss)
  • Direct cell phone contact throughout the weekend

Sapphire Package

The Sapphire Package is designed for the couple who does not have as much time to identify vendors and select the best fit for their needs.  They want to make the most of their decisions with direction from a coordinator. This package will provide assistance with budgeting and will make sure every small detail is covered so you and your guests are able to enjoy every precious moment.


 Service includes the Pearl Package plus the following:

  • Consultations by phone and email
  • Assist in selecting the perfect venue for the ceremony and reception
  • Recommend preferred vendors which includes the Disk Jockey or Band, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Caterer for the Wedding Cake, Officiant and Hair Dresser
  • Review and assist in contract negotiation with vendors and venues
  • Liaison between the couple and vendors
  • Assist with the selection of a location for the Rehearsal dinner and the menu
  • Prepare a schedule of events for the wedding day
  • Coordinate and confirm all wedding day activities

Diamond Package

The Diamond Package is designed for the couple who has a very busy lifestyle and needs guidance in every aspect of the planning and coordination of their wedding.  The couple and planner will work together from selection of a site to the very end of a perfectly memorable wedding day. 


Service includes the Pearl and Sapphire Package plus the following:

  • Negotiate guest room rates for out of town guests & provide copies of rooming lists as needed
  • Locate, schedule and accompany couple to meetings with vendors and venues
  • On-site consultatiion and visit to all event locations 
  • Offer assistance with your budget to make your day perfect and as economical as possible
  • Track Budget and payment schedules
  • Review proofs of printed materials such as:  Invitations, Save the Date cards, Programs, menu cards, place cards
  • Schedule and attend the meal tasting and the cake tasting
  • Design a layout of the reception to create the best flow and set up and assign table numbers (if using)
  • Assist with selection of attire for the bride and groom and attendants
  • Collect and record RSVP's for head count, seating chart and final meal count guarantees
  • Set up Bridal Suite/Assist bride in getting ready (check into suite, fluffs, bustling and care of the wedding gown) 
  • Pack up wedding cake top, gifts, cards and belongings at the end of the evening and confirm delivery to a prearranged location
  • Pick up and return of rental items to rental companies ( tuxedos, cake stand) 
  • Arrange pick up of rental items by rental companies and follow up to confirm

Email Package

E-Mail Package
This service is designed for the couple who would like to plan themselves, but need help and guidance along the way. This service is helpful for those couples planning a Destination Wedding and are unfamiliar with the area.

  • Up to 8 hrs. of guidance through email and phone conversations.
  • We will assist you in locating pre-qualified vendors for your event
  • We work to find the best vendor for your budget.
  • Supply a checklist
  • You receive all the knowledge you need to know to save money to make the most of your budget
  • from the time you pay your consultation fee, you will have access to the planner and we will start immediately helping you.
