How can a wedding consultant help me?

The good news. Skilled wedding consultants are trained to work within a variety of budgets. http://www.coastalweddingsandevents.com/packages.cfm

Sharon's Gravatar Cheryl, I was looking at this page http://www.coastalweddingsandevents.com/packages.c... and wanted to know, are Weddings on the Beach in Myrtle Beach allowed. We are planning our Wedding and Reception in August and would want the Wedding Ceremony to be in on the Beach.

Cheryl's Gravatar Beach Weddings are not allowed on the beach inside the city limits of Myrtle Beach. They are allowed in North Myrtle Beach and further south outside the city limits.
Many of the resorts and golf plantations have beautiful lawns that over look the ocean or have areas for outdoor wedding ceremonies. Contact me for some of the options for a beautiful beach wedding.

Cheryl's Gravatar Wedding consultants can facilitate wedding planning in many other capacities. For example, you can schedule a consultation where the cconsultant provides a blueprint with a list of trustworthy, talented vendors to check out or hire. The wedding coordinator is there to oversee things on the evening before and the actual day of the wedding.
You can also hire a wedding consultant on a freelance basis to scout out a location, advise on catering firms and florists, for example. In which case they are paid by the hour. Note that the billing process depends on your coordinator: some consultants charge by the hour, others charge a flat fee depending on what you need them for. Others, charge a percent of your wedding budget to tie all events together.
Make a list of the things you know you want the consultant to handle, then call a few to see what they charge. Destination weddings most certainly can benefit by hiring someone in the area to help the bride find reputable vendors they have worked with. These vendors will give the consultant special rates for using their services over and over and also referring them. The idea is to make the planning process as painless and stress free as possible.
