Why hire a Wedding Planner?

This is your big day. The day you will shine and be the center of attention.  You want to experience the glory, but do you really want to experience the pressure and headaches?

Wedding planning is no easy task.  It is a monumental effort to tie all the pieces together to create a practical and visually beautiful event. The wedding planner is there to be a buffer and a fairy godmother to you. Your coordinator will make sure your timeline is followed as close as possible, all vendors are there on time, and ready to play their part.

She is the one who will be standing in the background at your wedding while guests give you all the glory you deserve!

Why use our vendors?

We always try to take the extra step to insure that your special event is the very best that we can deliver, and the very best value and quality for our clients. These vendor teams are the result of many years of our past experiences, and we are certain they are top notch.

For an outside event, what do we do in case of rain or inclement weather?

That is where your wedding coordinator is there to make any changes on the day of your wedding that are necessary.  She is there to advise you and keep you up to minute on the weather and make any changes happen with the least amount of stress.  A backup plan is always in place for any unexpected surprises that mother nature bestows upon us.

I'm engaged!  What is the next step?

Your wedding coordinator has all the tools and time lines to help you. She can advise you every step of the way and make sure nothing is forgotten and everything is taken care of in a timely manner.

We love the coast and would like to have our wedding near the beach, but where?

With our experience, we can help you find the perfect location for your wedding ceremony and the venue for your reception according to your number of guests. There are many beaches which have different laws in place as to what you can and can't do.

How much is the Marriage License?

County residents can expect to pay $50, State residents $75 and Out of State and all others $100 (subject to change). Your planner can advise you on how to get started with your application.

What is the Sand Ceremony?

The sand ceremony replaces the traditional unity candle lighting, which is next to impossible beach front due to the breezes. It is thought to have been passed on from ceremonies in Hawaii.  From two or more vases of different colored or textured sands, the sand is poured into a single vase to create a sand sculpture which you can take home as a reminder of your beautiful wedding ceremony. It symbolizes your lives forever united into one. It is also a great way to incorporate children, so that they feel a part of this union.
